INGREDIENTS-5 tbsp. of melted Ziggy Marley Coco’Mon Curry Coconut Oil-1 1/2 tbsp. of jerk seasoning-1/4 -1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper-16 cups of hot popcorn-1 cup of toasted coconut-2 tsp. of grated lime zest-salt to taste
DIRECTIONS-Whisk melted Coco’Mon Curry coconut oil with jerk seasoning and cayenne pepper.
-Drizzle over hot popcorn.
-Toss with toasted coconut and grated lime zest.
-Season with salt.
