INGREDIENTS -5 tbsp. of melted Ziggy Marley Coco’Mon Curry Coconut Oil -1 1/2 tbsp. of jerk seasoning -1/4 -1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper -16 cups of hot popcorn -1 cup of toasted coconut -2 tsp. of grated lime zest -salt to taste
DIRECTIONS -Whisk melted Coco’Mon Curry coconut oil with jerk seasoning and cayenne pepper.
-Drizzle over hot popcorn.
-Toss with toasted coconut and grated lime zest.
-Season with salt.
