
INGREDIENTS
-2 heads cauliflower, florets removed
-6 oz. cream cheese, softened
-1/3 cup milk
-kosher salt
-Freshly ground black pepper
-1 clove garlic finely minced
-Chopped chives or fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
-Ziggy Marley’s Coco’Mon for serving
DIRECTIONS
-Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
-Return to pot and mash with a potato masher until smooth and no large chunks are left.
-Stir in cream cheese and milk and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Mash until creamy.
-Garnish with chives or parsley, season with more pepper, and top with a pat of Coco’Mon.
