Before you respond to situation or someone, stop and think. Take a deep breath before you automatically react. Reacting is an impulsive response than can often a situation to control you. When you take time to respond, you are more strategic and thoughtful. You can watch, listen and learn from all that’s going on in your world without allowing it to get to you.
