Jalapeno Crusted Veggie Ring

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small bell pepper, chopped

1 jalapeno, finely chopped

1 tomato, chopped

1 bag Beyond Meat Beef Crumbles

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

16 oz bread dough, rolled and cut into long triangles

2 cups shredded cheese

2 jalapenos, thinly sliced

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Sautee the onions, garlic, bell pepper, jalapeno and tomato until soft. Add the Beyond Meat Beef Crumbles, chili powder, cumin, paprika and salt. Continue cooking, stirring until everything is combined and heated through.

Roll out the bread dough to approx. 1/4 inch thick, cut into triangles about 7-8 inches long. Arrange triangles in a circle on a pizza stone or an oiled pan with wide ends of the triangles overlapping in center and longer points toward outside. (There should be a 5 inch diameter opening in center.) Sprinkle half of the cheese on the overlapping parts of the dough ring. Scoop the Beyond Meat Beef Crumbles mixture evenly over the cheese, then top with the rest of the cheese and as many jalapeno slices as you would like. Pull the point of each triangle up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring. (Filling will not be completely covered). Decorate the outside of the dough with jalapeno slices all the way around. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Fill the center of your ring with your favorite toppings and serve hot.
