It can be difficult to admit your feelings to yourself and surrender to their power. It's easier to set them aside and think you'll deal with them later, but not dealing with them can cause anxiety and distress. You have to allow yourself to really feel and consider what it is your going through, even if it's painful, it's the best thing you can do for yourself. The connection between your mind and body is great so to be your best mentally and physically, process those feelings then let them go.
