Stop holding yourself back. Instead of giving power to your limitations, give commitment, action and persistence. Fear and anxiety can be strong feelings, but you are even stronger. Whatever may have been holding you back has done so with your cooperation. Choose to no longer cooperate. Don't make any excuses or rationalizations, let them all go. The challenges you face are very real, but that doesn't mean you have to add to them. Use the positive power you posses to move through them successfully.
