You can reduce stress and anxiety by doing what brings you comfort. Our bodies unconsciously store tension. Become aware of when you're doing this so you can take conscious action to release that tension. Even the smallest action taken towards relieving pressure gently removes tension away from our us. The results and relief will come quickly, bringing more relaxation and comfort with each action you take.
