Set small goals to get your motivation flowing. Achieving your goals as quickly as possible can cause you to burnout and get discouraged. Try and fulfill goals gradually to conserve energy and gain stamina. This enables your process of growth and progress to last for a longer period of time so you will eventually reach your goals with less effort. Taking a more gradual path to your goals will provide the stamina you need to achieve.
