Positive Vibration

Life can put heavy demands on us, so it is important to learn to recognize the times when our minds and bodies are in need of respite. Stress can drain our reservoirs of energy leaving us feeling exhausted. When we acknowledge our growing fatigue, we can avoid burning burning out.  Recognize the signs of stress and be sure to give yourself a break when needed.
