The urge to accomplish all you have set out to do in a day can be overwhelming, but you can avoid feeling frantic by realizing that not everything needs to be addressed immediately. It might be difficult to believe but the truth is that those responsibilities directly related to our well-being are easier to identify because we feel an emotional connection with them. Tackle these at the beginning of the day so you will have that plenty of time later to address the less important concerns.
