When you’re feeling negative, there are two things you can do. You can feel even more negative about the fact that you’re feeling down or you can choose to turn your thoughts to positive ones. Beating yourself up about a defeat does no good. Using that defeat as positive inspiration to turn yourself around will help you move forward. It's never ideal when you feel you’ve lost your way, but don't add to that misfortune. Choose a positive, empowering direction to bring out the best in you. Turn things around, and get yourself going forward again.
