Salad Greens with Marley Coffee Balsamic Vinaigrette

Have a little leftover brewed coffee? Whisk it up in this Balsamic Vinaigrette. Try it over salad greens, grilled veggies or as a marinade.

Marley Coffee Vinaigrette:

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

6 tbsp strong brewed cold coffee

3 tbsp apple cider

1 tsp whole grain mustard

1 tbsp honey

1 shallot, minced

freshly ground black pepper

4 tbsp virgin olive oil

sea salt to taste

Whisk together all ingredients, taste and adjust salt.

Serve up a bowl of your favorite greens, add a little cucumber, some avocado... or whatever you like. Dress with Marley Coffee Vinaigrette.

Store any leftovers in a glass bottle or jar in the refrigerator.
