Spice up your corn on the cob with my Jammin Jerk Smoky Bbq sauce. It's deliciously sweet and spicy... the smell of this corn roasting will have everyone gathered at the grill waiting to get some! From out kitchen to yours, enjoy.
Ingredients:
4 whole ears of corn, husked and silk removed
2-3 Tbs coconut oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Jammin Jerk Smoky Bbq Sauce
Heat your grill to medium high.
Coat each ear of corn coconut oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill the corn about 15 minutes, flipping every few minutes, until they begin to get a char and turn a vibrant golden color.
With a brush, baste each ear of corn with a generous amount of of the Jerk Bbq sauce, turning to coat on all sides. Grill another few minutes, but be careful not to burn.
Remove the corn from the grill and give it a final brushing of the Jerk Bbq Sauce. Serve immediately
