Thanksgiving is almost here, what do you plan on serving this year?

We're going to try a vegetarian take on an interesting dish, the Turducken! I found this recipe for Vegducken on one of my favorite sites,

Hot for Food:

It's composed of a butternut squash, stuffed with an eggplant, stuffed with a zucchini and all filled with mushroom stuffing! I plan on tweaking the recipe a bit with some my favorite flavors, add a little scotch bonnet pepper and pimento, switch out the garam masala for curry powder and use scallion instead of leeks.
