Try my caribbean twist on guacamole. Spicy, tangy and creamy with a bit of sweet. From our kitchen to yours, enjoy!
4 hass avocados, halved, pitted, & peeled
1 small tomato, seed part removed, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup mango, chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 scotch bonnet pepper, seeded & minced
1 Tbs jerk seasoning (recipe below)
In a large bowl, stir avocados with lime juice leaving it chunky.
Fold in the remaining ingredients, stir until combined.
2 Tbs dried parsley
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs onion powder
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sugar
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container
